Refund policy
We do not issue refunds! Items may be exchanged for same item in a new size or can receive store credit. Shipping cost is non-refundable!
Sale items are final sales. They will not be able to be exchanged for store credit!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mariaalexanderco@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label ($3.00 charge), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds! Items may be exchanged for same item in a new size if in stock or we can credit customer for store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only made if the item and size is in stock. Customer must e-mail mariaalexanderco@outlook.com regarding any exchanges.
Refunds
We do not issue cash or credit refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an email regarding the status.
Holds on Items
We do not hold items that have not be purchased. Purchases must be made for the item prior to holding it.
